Menu

To open the menu press your left controller's secondary button (Controller specific down below)

Menu Buttons ( Left Controller Only )

• Oculus Touch: Y

• Index Knuckles: B

• Vive Wands: Upper Menu

After opening the menu, your control panel will appear fixed to your hand, to interact with options, press your grip button so that only your index finger is extended (thumb can also be extended) and simply touch your desired option.

While the hand menu is fixed, only the hand that isn't being tracked by the menu is able to interact with options.

To unfix/refix the menu hold your menu button for > 0.5 seconds and release. Your menu will now be released from your hand / reattached depending on the previous state.
