The control panel is the center for everything to do with your menu system.

The control panel houses your Window Manager sub menu, App Browser and various other sub menus and quickly accessible options for controlling most of what you need. The App System contents is for more specific needs.

Hand Menu Tracking

To unfix/refix the menu hold your menu button for > 0.5 seconds and release. Your menu will now be released from your hand / reattached depending on the previous state.
